  Create an event type

  Go to Scheduling, select New event type, choose a duration, set location (Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or custom), then publish. Share the link or add it to your booking page.

• Calendar

  Connect Google or Outlook

  Open Settings → Calendar, choose Google or Microsoft, and grant calendar access. Calendly checks conflicts across connected calendars before offering times.

• Scheduling

  Share your booking link

  Your public page is /book/your-username. Each event type has its own path, for example /book/your-username/30min. Add the link to email signatures, LinkedIn, and your website.

• Meetings

  Reschedule or cancel a meeting

  Invitees use the links in their confirmation email. Hosts can reschedule from Calendar. Optional cancellation policies can require notice before a meeting is dropped.

• Callie

  Turn on Callie

  On Standard Plus or Teams Plus, open Settings → AI → Callie. Choose a default event type, time zone, and approval rules. Then add callie@calendly.com to a thread.

• Notetaker

  Add Notetaker to meetings

  Enable Notetaker in Settings → AI. It can join Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Recaps appear on the Notetaker page and on the related contact.

• Payments

  Collect payment at booking

  Connect Stripe or PayPal in Payments, then add a price to an event type. Invitees pay when they confirm a time. You can also send invoices and payment links.

• Teams

  Build a routing form

  From Scheduling → Routing forms, add questions and rules. Qualified answers map to a teammate, event type, or round-robin pool.

• Website

  Embed Calendly on your website

  Use an inline embed, popup text, or popup widget. Match brand colors and pass UTM parameters for conversion tracking.

• Security

  SSO, SCIM, and domain control

  Enterprise plans support SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, and domain capture so only your company can create accounts on your domain.

• Developers

  Use webhooks and the API

  Subscribe to invitee.created and invitee.canceled events, or create scheduling links through the API. See Developer docs for authentication.

• Mobile

  Use the Calendly mobile app

  Download Calendly for iOS or Android to manage event types, upcoming meetings, and availability when you are away from the desktop app.
